ROV Related Sales and Marketing

•Management of operational and logistical support to ROV projects•Manage 3rd party personnel and equipment for projects and maintenance•Identify and draft safe operational procedures and work practices as required•Identify manpower and resource requirements and make recommendations to suit support of operations in close liaison with project managers (Budget responsible) and the personnel department•Develop and control budgets required for effective operations of ROV systems•Manage mobilizations and demobilizations of ROV systems to/from projects•Ensure that all equipment is maintained to the required standards and is in a state of readiness at the required times•Ensure the implementation of industry standard changes to the systems •Train and develop resources for the execution of ROV projects•Management reporting with regards to the ROV maintenance and operations•Ensure PMS and inventory data is in place and being kept up to date
