I have been into wood flooring business since the year 2000. Almost 20 years at the date I am writing this. The reason I got into wood floors was simple. I just love them! I have grown up with terrazzo and marble flooring in my home just as many of you in India but when I looked at a wood floor, way back in 2000, it was love at first sight. Being bored with the regular floors, wood floors, for me, were like a breath of fresh air! I realised, much later though, that what pulled me towards wood floors was essentially my love for aesthetics and wanting to add beauty in this world. At the time, I also came across a book called ‘Focus’. The author, Al Reis, a well known management consultant to many Fortune 500 Cos. put forth the idea of creating a central Focus in business and putting all your energy there. The idea appealed to me and I decided to put my attention on serving one single kind of customer - The customer who is successful in life and has the means to buy the best! So I traveled the world, looking for manufactures who were doing something unique and as a result an entire collection of wood floors was curated and stocked in India for my fellow Indians who wanted the best!We do not manufacture these floors but we work with some of the top international manufactures. These wonderful floors are manufactured around the globe, primarily in Europe and the developed world, in some of the top factories. And it is fun working with them due their awesome creativity, an eye for detail and deep technical know how of the end user needs and how to serve those needs with these wonderful floors. And now, many years later, as my understanding of this amazing natural material grew, we added wood that can be used for outdoors - facades, decks, pergolas and lately Concrete for facade and internal applications. After many years, we retain the same focus and continue to serve our people who are only looking for the best. This laser sharp focus has taught me many things and helped develop a high level of competency such that our products have been a part of a some of the most beautiful homes in India, all across the country. We have worked predominantly with top architects and designers helping them create awesome homes using our products.Till date, this wonder of nature, wood, never ceases to amaze me! And now in combination with decorative Concrete products such as wall panels, wash basins, tubs and other bespoke applications, our real wood products continue to adorn some of the most beautiful homes across the country.
