Sleipnir Translation & Editing is my own business. I work with many different types of texts and projects, anything from translation to copywriting.My focus is that the work is done on time, and that the product fits the client's needs.

I have worked on several different types of projects as a freelancer, and for different clients, nationally and internationally. I have translated theses abstracts, online courses, press releases, and websites, to mention a few. My clients have been authors, large and small businesses, individuals, and organizations.

I worked with the research groups Adults at Play(s) (Magdalen College) and the Social and Evolutionary Neuroscience Research Group (Department of Experimental Psychology). My primary tasks were collaboration with other researchers in smaller teams, recruitment of participants for experiments, and assisting in planning and running experiments.

I was a TA in the course Language and Cognition. I was responsible for independent supplemental teaching of undergraduate students in cooperation with the primary teacher, and developing my own supplemental materials. The TA classes were intended to promote understanding of the primary material, review exercises, and discuss questions from students.
