Appsmith is an open-source low code framework to build internal tools. It's built using React.My job is to make Appsmith faster in every possible way. This includes, improving the React rendering performance, large data handling, optimizing the API's- Defined and executed the performance optimization strategy coordinating with multiple teams and stakeholders. - Improved render performance by 4-6x, and a sub-3-second first load time, improving user satisfaction and retention.- Mentored engineers to become performance champions for their respective teams.- Introduced performance optimization documentation, and created best practices, puzzles, and case studies to foster a performance mindset among developers. - Created one of a kind performance testing automation tool that integrates with the CI/CD pipeline, catching UI performance regressions at the pull-request stage.- Built the load testing tools for the backend using k6.

1. Architected and developed the frontend of the Mangement Console (Customer interface to cloud services). * Lead a team of 6 developers and played a crucial role in the successful launch of Jio Cloud Services.* Planned the code structure, and conventions to be followed.* We were building UI for six different services that were dependent on one another. Worked with the service teams to understand their product and requirements and ensured that the team had a good understanding of the work to be done.Technologies and frameworks used - AngularJS, HTML5, CSS3, Gulp2. Developed Jiolocker, SAAS on top of Jio cloud services infra which offers users to upload/download/share their data on the cloud. Technologies and frameworks used - Django, AngularJS, Mysql.3. Planned, developed and deployed the backend for JioGames store present on the Jio Feature phone. Implemented single sign-on, Setup HA-Proxy load balancers, Nginx as a reverse proxy for Django application, Galera cluster for DB and Redis Cache.Optimized and scaled the application to serve 10 million customers.Technologies and frameworks used - Django, React, Mysql(MariaDB), Redis.
