PiSquared Payments has developed "PiPay" - a B2B Collection Management platform for Retail Supply chain collections between the distributor and retailer in FMCG, Pharma and other supply chains. The fast growing retail industry in India is estimated at $700B per annum and growing at CAGR of more than 10%. The distributor to retailer leg of supply chain is not yet automated with payments being collected and reconciled manually. PiPay is a SaaS based platform aimed at automatic this collection process for more than 6.7 Lac distributors and at the same time, enabling access to finance for 12 million+ retailers in India. PiPay has exclusive tie up with AICPDF which has around 4 Lac distributors in their network. Working for product design, system architecture, major business tie-ups, fund raise and P&L monitoring for the project.

Solution Architecture, Design & Development of GO Mumbai - India's first Multi Application Smart Card Payments platform. GO Mumbai was India's first successful smart card implementation which worked on BEST and Railways in Mumbai and had a customer base of more than 2.5 Million users.The project was implemented jointly with ERG Australia, who have implemented the Octopus card system in HongKong and EZLink card system in Singapore. Also worked in preparation of the business plan and fund raise activities for the project. Also at Kaizen, worked on design and deployment of Outdoor Payment Terminal jointly with NCR - Copenhagen for independent payment kiosks at HPCL and BPCL Petrol stations in India.
