Preparing Equipment list for upcoming project.5. Review vendor document and check with the model.6. Checking Nozzle Orientation according to equipment layout.7. Preparing 3D drawings of Equipment’s.8. Prepare and Check List of Drawings for the packages.9. Preparing Plan, Section and Elevation Drawings.

1. Complete Exposure in taking physical measurements of various equipment’s like Pressure vessels, Heat ex-changer, condensers, pre-heaters, Bulk heads wherever EIL data sheets are not available.2. Making a hand sketches in site and incorporating all the dimensions in a sample blank data sheet and ensuring the data sheet is filled completely and good enough to start a detailed drawings through CATIA & Auto Cad Software’s.3. Preparation of final design drawings/ documents and Incorporating DCR’s, NCR’s as per revision, shop floor recommendations, As built and design amendments.4. Preparation of Nozzle dummies drawings for Pre HPT arrangements.5. Preparation of plans for HPT activities like strain gauging, displacement gauging etc.6. Converting 2-D structural drawings to 3-D modeling.7. Checking clash detection & clearances in 3-D models.
