As part of Data & Artificial Intelligence (D&AI) Capability, my key responsibilities include; clients RFP / RFI response, Solution Architecture, Pre-sales, Project delivery, technical solution to the areas of Data Science, Machine Learning, Deep learning and Chat-bots implementation• Building Agile teams to engage in proof of concept, minimum viable plans, end-to-end client delivery and service offerings • Leading project delivery teams in different delivery models (onsite & offshore - combine) from initiation to post-delivery phases across geographies • Assisting in identification and implementation of short-term and long-term solution options, including risk assessments, and recommendations to client’s business and technology • Leading project planning sessions with team members to define and analyze requirements, provide design options, and provide work breakdown estimates • Spearheading technical discussions including requirements, architecture, security and answering technical questions as needed• Developing project plans to enable the project to be managed against a clear set of defined deliverables and milestones • Monitoring, measuring, reviewing and updating project process, adjusting project plans and implementing remedial plans and informing all relevant parties • Managing the successful delivery of projects within set time, budget and quality • Train and cross train team members on AI skills

Broader activities include:>> Process Compliance>> Process Consultancy>> Process Analytics>> Process Improvements Specific actions include: Define and deploy the metrics and baselines for key sub-processes established in the goal-flow down for the selected business goals. Coaching, mentoring and training Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Expert, Green Belt projects/candidates of Honeywell Process Solutions (HPS) and Home and Building Solutions (HBS) SBUs. Training to support ACS Software Deployment Process (ASDP) high maturity, Training on available models, baselines and metrics, Provide training on high maturity practices (train the trainers). Evolve ASDP measurement system to align with different Quality Systems, Agile and VPD. Establishing set of common measures, baselines and models. Leverage measurement system across SBUs – training and handholding project teams across SBUs. Supporting ASDP users to implement high maturity practices. Maintenance of existing baselines. Setup infrastructure for team (Green hopper, scrum etc). Define and institutionalization of defect prediction models across the SBUs. Support various locations in CMMi assessments with specific emphasis on high maturity practices.
