These are the World’s first ever flights of a collision avoidance air-to-air radar on a UAS. • Leading business development efforts, marketing the solution to the armed forces and actively soliciting Government funding. • Brought in transformational change to the program by changing the culture to be more result-oriented, reorganizing based on product-focused Integrated Product Teams (IPT) & by putting the right people in leadership roles. -
