Responsible for all the HR activities related to the direct and the indirect staff.Manpower Management Recruitment and hiring for direct and indirect, Induction, Orientation of the new joinee as per plan.Recruitments - Utilizing the various sourcing method like portals (i.e.Naukri etc)Referring Internal Database, Employee referrals etc.Screening & short-listing candidates profile as per the requirements of Departments.Co-ordinating with candidates for interview & conducting telephonic interview before short listing candidates.Interacting with candidate, doing initial screening. Understand their competencies & skill sets, making them understand job role.Providing complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and positions.Arranging for personal interview on short listing, having good co-ordination with the department arranging end to end recruitment.Performing detailed reference checking and/or reference analysis on selected candidates and reviews results with clients.Maintaining daily/ weekly/monthly reports such as interview status reports, closure reports & feedback reports.Maintain healthy occupancy rate as suggested by the management for on-roll and off-roll employees and track occupancy levels month on month.Managing the attrition of the team and ensuring the exit tracking and process implementation.Ensure full & final settlements including statutory obligations are fulfilled for the both direct and indirect employees.Ensuring compliances under various labor legislations; liaison and coordination with all Government agencies and consultants.Responsible for time office function including processing of salary & wage, Canteen Admn., Security, etc. and personnel administration.
