Key Responsibilities:Customer Support and Commissioning of CCC’s Turbomachinery Control Systems on customer sites involving the following:1. Review, Configuration and Commissioning of Antisurge Controls, Surge Testing of different types of Compressors.2. Configuration and Commissioning of Stand Alone / Load-sharing Compressor Performance Controls and ST and GT Controls3. Conducting On-Site equipment installation audits giving recommendations to customers4. Reviewing the Engineering Design involving checking Control Valve Selection and Sizing calculations, checking Flow Element Sizing Calculations (Venturi, Orifice etc.)5. Reviewing SLDs, Logic diagrams, Interlock Diagrams, I/O Lists, Interconnection and Hookup Diagrams etc.6. Supervision of activities such a loop checks, multi vendor system interface etc.7. Setting up Serial and Ethernet Networks (including FO) up to medium sizes.8. Installation and Maintenance of Computers and Software9. Conducting customer training (Operation and Maintenance training)10. Conducting FAT and SAT of Control Systems11. Providing technical support to Peers, Internal and External customers12. Integration of existing control systems and network in Asab-0 with New Systems in Asab-III Project3. Complete commissioning and Start-up of the CBDC project at ADNOC Refining Ruwais. Involving Air compressors, Coker Gas Compressors, Feed Gas Compressors, Expander-recompressors, Propylene Product Compressors, Reactor Effluent Compressors. Worked on control systems such as Speed control, Antisurge, Performance controllers, which involves algorithms like load-sharing, performance and Antisurge controls.4. Similar Project handled in various installations at customers such at KOC, KNPC, Equate.
