A perceptive professional with 15+ years of experience in managing overall Construction Projects right from Design, Pre-Construction, development, delivery, and asset handover to project closeout phase including planning, monitoring, controlling phases of the project lifecycle, overall interdisciplinary co-ordination, administration, time & budget norms, and resource planning.As Sr consultant, responsible for Checking of construction activity start from pile location by total station, Pile reinforcement, liner Erection, maintaining a bore log for pile and Soil strata verification, Additionally Reviewing and Monitoring of all Project implementation activities, Planning, quality control & safety of all the civil works.The project involves:• Construction of Approach Trestle to carry IOCL Pipeline of length 4.5 KMs with cast in situ bored piles and approach deck structures.• Construction of Main Berth includes Unloading platform, Berthing• Dolphins -4 Nos and Mooring Dolphins-• Interconnecting Structural Walkways for Unloading platform to Berthing Dolphins and Mooring Dolphins• Civil and utilities for the IOCL Terminal, S TP, Roads, culvert etc.• Evaluate dredging performance on a daily basis and proactively adjust the dredging approach to enhance the dredging performance.• Provide insights in the dredging performance estimates and the actual dredging performance.project-2As Sr. consultant, responsible for Checking of construction activity start from pile location by total station, Pile reinforcement, liner Erection, maintaining a bore log for pile and Soil strata verification, Additionally Reviewing and Monitoring of all Project implementation activities, Planning, Quantity surveying, quality control & safety of all the civil works.The project involves:• Container berth – 395m x 34m.• Mooring dolphin construction• Rock bund construction and Yard Filling through Reclamation.• Pavement of Container Storage yard, Terminal Roads, other operational areas.• Extended piled deck behind existing container berth.• Amenities such as Buildings, Security Compound wall & Gates.• Utilities such as Storm water Drainage system, Water Supply including Water Tanks.• Dredging
