Origination of New To Bank (NTBs) accounts and managing (farming) a portfolio oflarge Liability Group clients.Review Loan documents and process transactions as per SLABusiness Model and risk associated with a particular business, Industry andgeography. Assessing the Credit worthiness of existing or new clients.Analyzing the client's Credit data and financial statements in order to evaluate thedegree of risk involved in lendingPerform activities such as review of underwriting documents, Deal closing and loanservicing activities

Lead annual financial planning processes - Develop and coordinate plant profit plans,strategic plans, monthly forecasts, goals & objectives, financial reconciliations, reportsand analysis for management, including variance analysis and cost control reportingand recommendationsPerform quality audits on balance sheet account reconciliation and highlight P&L risksand exposures to management.

To provides technical competency to ensure compliance with corporate financialpolicies, legal requirements and GAAP (both US and India).Interfaces with India Corporate Finance & External auditors to ensure that allstatutory requirements are met. Will be responsible for closure of all internal audit /SOX gaps identified
