At TSUYO Manufacturing Pvt Ltd, a leading company in the electric vehicle (EV) motor (powertrain) industry, I work as a Quality & NPD Engineer. I ensure the quality of BLDC/PMSM/HUB EV motors, following detailed guidelines, updating the quality management system (QMS), auditing the systems based on ISO 9001:2015,ISO 16949 requirements, determining quality metrics, and reviewing current blueprints and quality documentation. I have been with TSUYO for over a year and a half, and I have contributed to the improvement of the product quality and customer satisfaction.I have a strong background in mechanical engineering, with a BTech degree from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, and a master class on EV technology. I have also gained valuable skills and experience in manufacturing process improvement, skill development, and quality management from my previous roles as an assistant quality engineer at Caryvolt, a lithium-ion battery company, and as a RQC assistant at Fiem Industries, a moulding material company. I am passionate about the EV and its potential to transform the mobility sector.
