• Part of AP Team understanding Country's Legal requirements & mandatory field of an Invoices.• Investigate, follow up & escalations with Stakeholders and resolving business dependency invoices.• Preparing the reports on Ontime payment and other AP invoice related reports• Analyzing the Invoice/payment transactions• Validation of Country's Legal requirements & mandatory field of an Invoices• Collaboration with different teams to ensure on time payment to suppliers• Ensuring and adhering to 100% compliance to Audit and any other regulations of process• Identifying the opportunities for Automation, Process Improvements• Production planning to team and ensuring the assigned work to the team is completed on time & accurately• Ensuring the SOX controls & Compliance are met by having right monitoring & controls in process• All the Month End related activities/ JV postings are completed as per the timelines• Analysis of 2390 & 2303 open line items & resolving• Daily operational activities like Invoice backlog GMB, CRC tickets are monitored & in ensuring it is resolved per the TAT• Providing & Validation of the Data/ reports/ transactions accordingly on time & accurately to support Audit Requests• Analysis of Suspected Duplicate line items reports• Rejection/return to the supplier for the invoices where Mandatory/legal information is missing on the invoices per country's requirement• Monitor the RPA/ BOT performance• Error and escalation management• Improving process quality service by continuous monitoring of process standards
