 Finding the best vendor in conjunction with user-groups by evaluation of capabilities, commercials, fitment, delivery and other T&C. Negotiation of commercial structure, pricing, execution of agreements as per preferred norms of the company Coordination with user-groups, legal, taxation, other departments for inputs in relation to project or procurement of software & hardware product as well as services; To Draft RFP/RFQs & Complete end to end RFP/RFQ process as per procurement guidelines.  To prepare commercial and vendor comparative analysis, identify vendor strengths / weakness, thereby defining negotiation strategies Scope of work would range from software licenses/services; consultancy services; electronic goods; connectivity services , Wireless produucts ( WIfi , Lte , Router ,Firewall) Contract/vendor/partner management operations with following key responsibilities: Following the internal contract management processes (SAP, other) for efficient administration and timely payments; Ensuring compliance with taxation, labour laws etc... and liasoning with internal department and consultants, as needed; Relationship management with the vendor. Proactive review of project progress from contract standpoint and action oriented MIS (review reports & analytics) Manage the development of stable and responsive relationships with internal customers and stakeholders to understand their requirements and guarantee alignment with preferred procurement approach - Undertake financial modeling, prepare strategy documents, management notes in the context of these requirements.

 To Engage with User teams to lead/ manage sourcing and procurement for IT & Telecom procurements. To Review procurement volumes by vendor and product class/type, therefore identify areas for Rate Contracts/Frame Contracts, in consultation with Team Lead IT-IS Category, and finalize the RCs. To Draft RFP/RFQs & Complete end to end RFP/RFQ process as per procurement guidelines.  To prepare commercial and vendor comparative analysis, identify vendor strengths / weakness, thereby defining negotiation strategies.  To participate in negotiations with suppliers. Interlocking of Commercial Contracts team to ensure negotiated deals are properly contracted. Tapping Market intelligence and internal procurement analysis to enable benchmarking our capex and Opex costs with Industry Trends. Support Team Lead in spend analysis in their respective sub-category in spend analysis and formulating strategies for optimizing procurements. Ensuring release of POs within TATs and coordination with vendors and Project Managers to enable execution. Responsible for drafting appropriate terms in Purchase Orders, ensuring appropriate documentation records maintenance and therefore audit trail. Coordination with user teams on Open PO review and closure of orders including fore-closure as required.Support Function: To identify, recommend, and implement operational efficiencies to drive continuous improvement in the execution of procurement processes Work with vendors to expedite or push out orders based on changing needs. Interact with supply chain operations, category management, and merchandise planning as appropriate to support replenishment activities and flow of goods through the distribution network. Perform root cause analysis to expedite the resolution of service issues. Execute inventory management, replenishment, vendor contact, and data maintenance functions. To train Associate & Junior Team member for PO making Process.
