I worked for six years at MICA. I joined MICA as Assistant Professor and got promoted to Associate Professor in Oct 2006. I left it in July 2007. Besides teaching my core courses on Organizational Behavior, I conducted several training programmes on health communication and worked on project focused on social communication. I was also editor of MICANEWS (official newsletter of MICA) from 2001-2004.

I taught the course, Quantitative Techniques for Human Resource Management to MMS (HRM) students at this institute for the semester (Jan-May 2000).

I taught th research methodology course to MMS students (evening, part-time) for various MMS programmes (HRM, Marketing Management, Financial Management) at this institute for the Jan-May semester in the year 2000.

I taught the course, Quantitative Techniques for Human Resource Management to MHRM students (evening, part-time) at this institute for the semester (August-Dec 1999).

In my role as Faculty Research Associate, I managed banking recruitment projects for BSRBs, public sector and private banks, government financial institutions. I designed psychometric tests for large banking recruitment exams (clerical and officers level).
