i am presently working as a detail engineer for static equipment, piping, skid

• Company Manufacturing Different types of static equipment like Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchanger, Column, Reactor etc. for Refinery, Petrochemicals, Fertilizer Project• Detail Engineering & Fabrication drawing preparation of static equipment like Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Towers, Columns, Reactors as per ASME Sec. VIII Div. 1 & TEMA for various projects like DHDS, ISOM UNIT, HMU/PSA ADSORBER, ARU UNIT, CDU/VDU UNIT using project specification & standard.• Prepared DCS (Document Control Sheet), CRS (Critical Requirement sheet), DIVS (Data Input Verification Sheet) & ARM (Additional Requirement of Materials) • Responsible for preparing & evaluating mechanical datasheet, drawings etc. in coordination with superior & sub ordinates.• Co-ordination with Vendor for technical queries & product Knowledge, with Client / Consultant for the External Drawings/docs Approval, with project team for timely completion of job as far as possible.• Detail Fabrication drawing checking of Heat exchanger, Pressure Vessels, Reactor, Columns as per ASME Sec.
