Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g., social media and professional platforms like Naukri and Monster), Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidatesScreen incoming resumes and application forms. Interview candidates (via phone, video, and in person)Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers, send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits. Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs and Act as a consultant to new hires and help them on-board.Responsible for sourcing candidates in a specific technology area Own the complete accountability of delivering recruitment services on time & achieve the set target on a quarterly basisExpected to fulfil requirements taken up and with superior client & candidate satisfactionPerform search on Portals, Online tech groups, attend tech seminars and from necessary relationships in the specific technology areaMentor Juniors in the team for improving overall team performance

Dealing with IT companies and recruit candidates for IT positionsCalling candidates and doing follow-ups with candidates and meeting the monthly targets or lineups for the company. Explain candidates about the job profile and the process related to recruiting used to meet themonthly targets and line-ups also follow-up with candidates.Calling candidates after screening the resume and explain about the nature of job and source thecandidates based on experience and communication skills.Screen the resume and source candidates as per the company norms.Report to Manager on weekly basis about the targets and line-ups
