 Daily generation of system documents like DRR (Daily Receipt Report), MRR (Material Receiving Report) & IMIR ( Incoming Material Inspection Report) Ensuring proper entry is done at SEZ Gate and documents requiring Customs endorsement is received and submitted to CHA for getting the same endorsed and returned back to the supplier. Keeping track & record of all Documentation and maintaining the filing system as per the discipline, category, area etc.  After verification of document instructions given to unload the material at proper location i.e. open yard, semi covered shed or ware house. Scanning, printing, photo copying, and working with P.D.F conversion software. Handling and maintaining all types of incoming and outgoing correspondence, transmittals through computerized database system. Uploading and downloading of all documents from web portal. Scanning & Copying Documents for keeping them in the Electronic Document Archive, sending for reviewing & distributing to the Client, Sub Contractor & Project Departments. Co-ordination with Client, Engineering Contractors, Subcontractors & Project Management Team and other Internal Departments for Documentation related issues. Co-ordinate with the stores personnel to ensure all the material received as per the Packing list is received at site. Verification of inspection report as per Purchase Order, co-relate with TC, IRN as per quality procedure. Check for, material shortage / excess / damage and make necessary report for the same.
