Developed company products market on pan India basis by close liasoning with OEMS /EPCs/consultants /end users for their requirements for retrofit and maintenance and new projects in oil and gas, power, industrial sectors. Worked with above sectors for promotion of products ,worked for approvals from various agencies like DGMS ,PESO ,project consultants ,pre-bid support ,post order document coordination and execution cycle ,technical presentations. Received an Appreciation Award for excellent performance in 2004-05.

 Managed annual Procurement worth Rs. 70 Crores of aluminium sheets, pure aluminium, ALSI 132 ingots, copper rods and wires, silicon steel stampings, bearings, machine parts, hardware, epoxy powders, packing material and capital equipment. Coordinated for of Sub Contracts for pressure die casting, powder coating, electrical winding, buffing, wire drawing, presswork and assembly work. Saved up to Rs. 65 Lakhs by negotiating with and developing new vendors.  Devised and initiated developments in Supply Chain Management/Value Engineering, leading to annual cost reduction of up to Rs. 1.5 Crore with the help of Anderson Consulting. Core member of the ISO 9002 Implementation Team. Involved in the automation of Material Management Systems
