• Involvement in Vehicle development right from the Advance stage development stage involving evaluation and quantification for development/ improvement.
• Customer usage study and Evaluation pattern establishment.
• Perform Vehicle Evaluation for Adaptability and Endurance Confirmation of the vehicle Design and Manufacturing Quality & Investigation of the concerns/ Abnormalities
• Participation in new model development activities such as Special Parts development, Low and High Volume Production Trials at the Supplier end and Confirm the Quality of the Confirmation Vehicle
• Perform in detail tear down analysis of the Evaluation vehicle. Develop and Implement CM plans to improve supplier product quality performance.
• Promotion of countermeasures using guidelines such as Global registration and local registration by prioritizing the problems.
• Till date handled Projects on Camry, Corolla Altis, Fortuner, ***** Hybrid.
