I led the team to build and launch a zero to one product, established partnerships with key vendors, and drove the MVP product, to successfully to get letter of intent (LOI) from early customers, convert the LOI prospect to a paying subscriber, establish initial product-market fit, and get the first 5 paying customers. At my last job at ICE Mortgage Technology, my team and I delivered significant results, including being instrumental in acquiring a new enterprise customer worth $20M over five years. We also re-imagined the workflow in the next generation version of the origination software, building a unique exception-based workflow for loan manufacturing/purchase. The application features a user interface that excites customers, and the underlying platform scales to handle tens of millions of automation events every day.
