Lead operation excellence and architectural evolution to support scale, resiliency and global expansion.• Responsible for key communications with stakeholders including but not limited to trading desk, higher management, cross functional teams, 3rd party vendor and consulting teams.

Production support and debugging environment issues.• Description: Integrated Services Platform (ISP) is like a Global Service Desk web application. The primary objective of this application is to replace various regional traditional legacy system and J2EE application with Siebel CRM implementations across all Dell locations and have a common integrated platform to service Dell customers worldwide. Currently working in the Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) Team associated with this massive Application. ALSB (an ESB technology) has been chosen as the Standard Integration Solution across all distributed systems within Dell.
