• Responsible for the recruitment process of IT professionals across the USA • Source, screen, evaluate and select candidates through a structured recruitment process designed to obtain the best candidates and all follow up action thereafter till the close of the position• Inform consultants of job responsibilities, compensation and benefits, work schedules and working conditions, company policies, promotional opportunities and other related information• Utilize wide experiences of multiple recruiting sources such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, 3rd party vendors, and referral of independent consultants and execute various recruiting strategies. • Sourcing and screening candidate resume from different networks like Groups [Google Groups Yahoo Groups and linked] as well as my own resource database for recruiting. • Create job postings on different Job Portals on daily basis to pool of candidates for any position at given period of time.• Recruit Consultant for Contract and Contract to hire position• Experienced on working Tax term W2 • Knowledge on 1099 and C2C• Recruit all levels of ITes/IT professionals – Junior, Senior, Lead, Administrator, Project Manager and Architect, executives, Support Analyst etc. • Screen consultant Technical Skill Matrix by Telephone Screening as per the requirement.• Interview in order to assess the candidate’s suitability, Attitude, Academic & professional qualification, experience, communication skill etc.• Scheduling & Coordinating interview for consultants with the Client• Taking Interview feedback from Clients through mail or Phone• Post Interview Follow up with back ground verification and till consultant join the respect project.
