I am working as a Region trainer of Entire South Mumbai where I am handling a team of approx. 50 OPPO Experience Consultants , I train them to improve their product knowledge, selling skills & soft skills improvement. At the same time I am responsible for Team Leaders and Territory Sales Manager's product Training, competition update & soft skills improvements. Some Insights Of Job Profile. Conduct the classroom training on arrival/Launch of new products. Mainly improving product knowledge, selling skills of promoters and increasing their motivation level to great extent. Manage and Lead a team of Sales Executive & Promoters through constant knowledge sharing, training, motivation/guidance/support and counselling. Maintain and check on Teams Discipline and grooming standards, Knowledge of products and selling skills. Continuously Updating Sales Team/Promoters/Dealers/Retailers/Distributors about the launches of new upcoming products. Maintain good Cordial relations with Dealers/Retailers and team members across the company. Monitor and enhance relationship between Sales Executive, Promoters and retailers/shop-owners. Provide Market Knowledge and information to Team, update them on all Competitors information as well as fast selling products Providing OSR’s with proper training and continuous knowledge about our products as well as about competitors enabling them to deliver good performance.  Grievance Handling – Solving doubts/Issues and problems of team members regarding products, if any provide training updates if any, problems with product/outlet/low selling products etc. Closely monitoring sales target V/S achievement details in order to find the area’s of improvements. Appointing quality promoter in team for betterment of business.
