Supported by a wide range of tailored marketing, and service solutions, Daraz has 30000 sellers, 1000+ brands and currently serves millions of consumers across the region.Key Responsibilities: • Create and develop a long-term plan and strategy for development of the Fashion category• Achieve Business targets and have robust plans to adapt or manoeuvre as per category/business requirement• End to end ownership of products within category assortment/brand building to Customer Experience end to end• Manage a team of Vendor Management resources. Develop and coach team• Manage Portfolio of Categories: New brand acquisition, assortment acquisition at right price points based on data analysis, Shape long term portfolio expansion built on both micro and macro trends• Vendor sourcing strategy, vendor relationship managementWorking closely with • Digital/Marketing/Onsite teams to drive category sales.
