Under his leadership, Clareo’s ecosystem engagement and innovation forums have accelerated the transformation of industrial processes through emerging technologies within AI & ML, robotics, additive manufacturing, optics and imaging, and advanced biobased and nano materials, with new partnerships between his clients and emerging startups.Mr. Rao is a passionate evangelist on the topics of sustainability and innovation, and has spoken and keynoted at leading industry events including IMARC, Global Corporate Venturing, IChemE, and the Ontario Mining Association. He is also a contributing author to a book, Growth Champions: The Battle for Sustained Innovation Leadership (Wiley), and his writings appear in leading publications such as the Chief Executive, Engineering and Mining Journal, Metals Bulletin, and SPE’s Journal of Petroleum Technology.
