Rising (a wholly owned Subsidiary of Aceto Corp) is a reputed US Generics Sales, Marketing & Distribution Company with a strong generic label, a successful customer service track record, and a network of US and global R&D and manufacturing partners. During my 3.5 year tenure there as the President & COO of the Company, I built and led a high performance team that enabled a 3X revenue growth within 3 years making it a ~$200M business through expanded product offerings, optimized operations, enhanced customer relations, and newer global strategic partnerships. (This also resulted in a 2.5X growth in the Parent company's market cap during that period.)After delivering many successes, I have transitioned out of this leadership role as a consequence of transactional elements related to the Company's $412M acquisition of the assets of Citron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in December 2016, that necessitated a leadership change as a part of the deal structure.

OrchidPharma, Inc. is the US Generic Sales & Marketing Subsidiary of Orchid Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Ltd. This position headed the overall US generics business including general management, corporate operations, and strategy development, and had full P&L responsibility, in addition to being a Member of the Board. Leadership of Orgenus Pharma, Inc., also continued with oversight over the Subsidiary's strategic business development and service activities supporting the US business presence of the parent company, Orchid Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Ltd.
