OVERSEEING OPERATIONS: Will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bank.SUPERVISING: Responsible of supervising and ensuring the expectations set and performed periodic internal audit banking procedures to ensure confidentiality with all branch banking transactions.MANAGING CUSTOMER SERVICE: Responsible for managing the bank's customer service activities, including addressing customer complaints and providing exceptional service to clients.ANALYSING FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE: Responsible for analyzing the bank's financial performance and ensuring the branch goals and meeting branch objectives and monitoring the bank's financial activities, including loans, deposits & Investments. RISK MANAGEMENT: Identifying & mitigating risks associated with the activities and identifying potential risks and putting measures in place to mitigate them.COMPLIANCE: Ensuring that the bank complies will all relevant laws & regulations. Responsible to keep up to date with changes in the legal and regular environment and ensure that the bank is adhering to all requirements.REPORTING: Responsible for creating and presenting reports to senior management, providing updates on the bank performance, risk management and compliance activities.

PROCESSING TRANSACTIONS: Responsible for processing various types of banking transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals & fund transfers. Ensures that all the transactions are processed accurately & efficiently. CASH HANDLING: Responsible for managing cash & ensuring that the bank's cash handling procedures are followed. Ensures all transactions involving cash are handled securely and in compliance with regulatory requirements.CUSTOMER SERVICE: Will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients, answering their questions, addressing their concerns, and also cross-sell the bank's products and services to clients.COMPLIANCE: Responsible for ensuring that all transactions and activities are conducted in compliance with regulatory requirements, such as the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) & Anti Money Laundering (AML) regulations.SALES: Responsible for promoting the bank's products & services to clients and identifying opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell and also work to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.RECORD-KEEPING: Responsible for maintaining accurate records of all transactions and activities and all the records are complete, accurate, and up to date.TEAM LEADERSHIP: Responsible for supervising and training junior tellers, ensuring that they are meeting the bank's standards and providing excellent customer service.REPORTING: Responsible for creating and presenting reports to senior management, providing updates on bank's performance, risk management and compliance activities.In summary as a Senior Banking Officer-Teller responsible for ensuring that the bank's day-to-day operations run smoothly, providing excellent customer service, promoting the bank's products and services, complying with regulatory requirements, and maintaining accurate records. Ensures for leading a team of junior tellers and providing reports to senior management.
