Over 20+ year of yoga and thousands of hours spent with my soul has influenced my life experience into a path of awareness and personal development early on. I have traveled in many worlds to gain knowledge and experience of the yogic and shamanic path. As a freelancing yoga therapist I work online with yoga classes for smaller or larger groups, I visit your workspace, host workshops and host retreats all over the world within yoga, healthy nutrition, mindfulness, fashial maneuvers, breath work, sacred plant medicines, and personal development and feminine awareness. Besides being a ninja yogini I have skills as a chef and I loved to run my own organic juice and salad bar. I was delivering tons of freshly squeezed juices for many years. I cook for large and small gatherings, retreats and cater to events and host workshops in nutritional mindful eating. Raw cakes are my babies! As a healer I work with energy treatments that can last either an hour or do long term clients whom overtime create a new habit of living life in lust and creation.
