During my maternity leave in 2014, I started the project of an Organic Juice and Smoothie bar. My business idea was first and foremost about sustainable business, which is warm to me. Everything I served food, juice, and pastries in was of degradable material such as sugar cane, corn, etc.This cozy oasis inside of Kungsmässan Mall was a place where people could gather and eat a clean healthy snack, have a healthy drink, or drink good cold-pressed juice.I planned purchases, menu planning, juice cleanse packages, and organized and planned catering and other events such as festivals, markets, etc. I administered our social media @barabrajuice as well as invoicing, finances, and most of the accounting.I also recruit and motivate BaraBraJuice team members, were at most 6 employees on the team and I administered the staff's schedules, salary payments, training, and coaching as well as finding a nice balance where we motivated each other for additional sales and good interaction in the team. This experience has given me insight into all aspects of a company. The Juicebar was nominated for Best upcoming business in the mall and I took the price of the best "service-minded woman" of the mall.
