As an undergraduate, I majored in natural product chemistry, and my research focused on the discovery of natural products from soil bacteria that are uncultivate.Currently, I am working on the optimization of culture media for specific microorganisms using deep generative AI. My major is bioinformatics, and I am managing a community called “grubio” in this field, as well as a contract development business.学部時代は天然物化学を専攻し、未培養の土壌細菌から天然物を発見することを研究テーマとしていました。現在は、深層生成AIを用いた特定の微生物に対する培地の最適化に取り組んでいます。専攻はバイオインフォマティクスで、この分野のコミュニティ「grubio」の運営や受託開発事業を行っています。
