I founded Earlyworks, a blockchain startup providing tailor-made business solutions to companies. As the CEO, I have been involved in the general management, sales and strategic planning of the company, working towards establishing a solid B2B network within Japan.

I founded and managed FEELO, an online shop for home appliances. As the CEO I was involved in marketing and public relations, designing and running company media platforms, managing company stock, building networks with other companies and clients, B2B and B2C sales, organizing and running events, and general administration (such as HR and accounting). As a result of my efforts, FEELO achieved 100 million yen in profits in its first year.

I was mainly involved in HR consulting. My tasks included optimization of human resources within companies, cost reduction consultation for HR-related costs, and sharing company resources as well as building partnerships.

As a leader my tasks included:- Managing the operations team designed to assist with privatization of certain government sections- Drafting and maintaining outsourcing agreements and ensuring prevention of disguised contracts- Compiling and maintaining training materials for new employeesAfter 6 months, I was promoted to manager. As a manager my tasks included:- Team management- Participating in the hiring process of new staff- Proposing and marketing new projectsAfter another 9 months, I was promoted to area manager. As the area manager my tasks included:- Managing a team of over 200 people- Facilitating training for optimization of work efficiency- Auditing internal work processes- Problem solving and proposing preventative measures for recurring issues

I established my own record label, where my activities included the following:- Write, compose and perform my own music- Design, create and manage the company website- Organize and run events, and market these events to customers- Participate in and perform at events- Design, create and sell marketing merchandise

I worked in the Construction Contract Department where my tasks were as follows:- Administrative work for public construction projects- Implementation of public tender guidelines - Budgeting and financial operation of public funds

I worked in the division dealing with facilities for persons with disabilities. My tasks included the following:- Financial management relating to institutional support for facilities for persons with physical and intellectual disabilities- Calculations and distribution of subsidies and benefits- Dissemination of information on legislation change- General administration, especially in regards to optimization of employee efficiency in the office
