The domain spans from Fintech, Financial Services to Logistic, Travel, Healthcare, Software Hi-tech, etc.Responsible for hiring IT & non-IT vacancies for APAC region: VN, SG, MY, AU, JP, TH, HK, IN, and the Middle East (Qatar, Lebanon).• Source candidates using a variety of platforms (LinkedIn, Hirez, IT Viec, internal systems, etc.) and search strategies (Boolean, Job post, Referral)• Conduct preliminary pre-screening calls to assess candidate suitability for the role and alignment with the company culture.• Interview arrangement (General, Technical, Manager, clients).• Perform full-cycle recruitment process if required (H1B programs, urgent roles).• Oversee end-to-end the recruitment procedures, from interview coordination to offer & onboard stage.• Build a database of candidates and demonstrate proficiency in Applicant Tracking System (ATS) management.• Facilitate knowledge training & support for Chinese Researchers for their initial assignments within the APAC region.• Delivery of market research and mapping for the APAC region to contribute to strategic business proposals.• Promote Epam Employer Branding across the APAC region.• Solid experience hiring for branch expansions across the APAC region.Achievements:• 2024: Top 1 Performer Q1.• 2023: Top 4 Performer.• 2022: Top 4 Performer, Exceed 150% target.• Setting up new branches in Malaysia (2022), and Thailand (2023).Programs & Events:• Fast Tracking, Hiring Week 2022; Web Sumit 2023 (Vietnam)• Hire to Train 2022 (Singapore)• Hire to Relocate US 2022, 2023 (APAC to United State)Technical Experience:• Full SDLC: Fronted End SE (JS, ReactJS, etc.); backend (Java,Node.js, Python, C#, etc.) & mobile; Quality Assurance (manual & automation), DevOps.• Big Data: BI Analyst, Data Scientist, Machine Learning.• SAP, Salesforce, Architect, Scrum Master, BA, PM, AM.
