CHLOR ALKALI UPGRADE 150TPD CAUSTIC SODA PLANT( PLANT UPGRADE PROJECT )Job Description :- Prepare all installation and selection documents for all mechanical equipment- Prepare and design all construction bid documents- Provide support to all expense projects and maintain accuracy in all piping project and ensure compliance to all piping material specifications and maintain knowledge on all orders.- Design the pipe lines plant process requirement to the Isometric Drawings and Piping Arrangement Drawings based on Process Flow Diagram- Analyze all piping designs and prepare various concepts for piping designs and develop required piping drawings.- Determine the material for piping according to the flow substance- Determine the piping thermal insulation- Determine sandblasting & painting specification for piping- Estimate all materials take-off include pipe, support, fittings, and valve- Calculate the estimated labor cost for welding and erection- Communicate with the structural engineer about pipe racks requirement- Provide support to all purchase activities and evaluate all vendor submittals- Provide assistance to all senior engineers and recommend improvements to all design and travel to site to analyze all equipment and maintain efficient relation with all plant personnel- Interpret all codes and maintain overall performance of all piping activities- Witnessing Hydrotest & Pneumatic test- Witnessing NDE : Dye Penetrant Test, Radiographic Test- Develop new methods to recommend improvements to all activities of piping section.
