Support to the effective reporting on progress of project implementation :- Compiles, summarizes and enters data on identifying shortfalls in project implementation, budget overruns and brings to the attention of company management.- Preparation of monthly financial report/accounting spreadsheet, monthly progress report and monthly budget proposal.- Maintenance of files and records relevant to office maintenance.3. Provides administrative support to the project owner and consultant :- Drafts correspondence on project issues; contract addendum, time extension proposal, periodic report, method of statement proposal and all report requested by project owner or consultant.- Preparation of Interim Payment Certificate/Invoice including the back up computation assisted by Quantity Surveyor.- Provision of representative officer to the project owner such as daily meeting coordination and monthly progress review meeting.
