Research and Development Scientist focusing on amino acid, bio-polymer & microalgae fermentation. - Responsible to experiment design based on Supervisor or Manager order and Plant Production demand.- Reporting experiment result with data analysis and responsible to Supervisor or Manager.- Improve and innovate for decrease production cost by deleting some media composition with same yield result based on experiment in lab.- Handle and manage all material and media to provide experiment activities.- Do benchmarking with Production Plant in all fermentation parameter for optimization between experiment result and implementation.- Responsible to small group/team for experiment activities.
