- Responsible for the design of the print formats of book covers and interiors/initial template for non-formal education books under PT Penerbit Erlangga Mahameru (for Esensi, Erlangga for Kids, Divaro, and other divisions)- Work directly with the Design & Setting Group Head, Editorial, Sales, and Marketing Division, and authors to conceptualize cover designs.- Oversee the design and management of novel interiors which includes creating sample pages, preparing files to go to the compositor, and typesetting files in-house as needed.- Create select advertising and promotional materials for key titles on an as needed basis.- Work closely with the Senior Novel Art Director to schedule and prepare materials for jacket meetings, as well as Sales and Marketing meetings.- Design website for Esensi Division (www.esensi.co.id)- Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Novel Art Director or Department Head- Work closely with PPIC Department to make sure the design printed in the best result and ready for publish- Work closely with marketing and sales team for promotion materials design, such as flyer, brochure, banner, etc.
