- Guiding, monitoring and evaluating external depot (satellite warehouse) managers to execute their job following Recoolit's standards, and in some specific cases, directly executing such depot managers' job.- Ensuring that periodic targets are achieved by doing whatever it takes, including by conducting occasional project site and/or warehouse visits (and executing some actual project-site/warehouse works to a limited extent as a backup), within budget and time constraints, to anticipate and fulfill demand for tools/technologies needed to execute refrigerant-capture-and-destruction projects.- Monitoring the quality of (and coordinating actions to revise) project data, crucial to maintain Recoolit’s value proposition as a high-quality carbon credit supplier.- Communicating, and maintaining relationships, with internal and external stakeholders in order to achieve business and operational goals.- Finding and converting new leads in the assigned area.- Acting on feedbacks received by partners in the area.

- Looking for new service providers to join GOLIFE from social media- Assisting on onboarding processes of new service providers with the help from business partners- Training new service providers to operate the android and service providers apps- Managing all GOLIFE service providers from various vertical, such as: GOMASSAGE, GOCLEAN, GOAUTO, GOGLAM and GODAILY- Maintaining weekly active supply by holding monthly gatherings with service providers- Troubleshooting service providers apps from all vertical- Optimizing service providers to acquire new user through translating area profile

- Managing the onboarding merchants (300 merchants per week)- Doing expansion new city launcher (Gresik, Jambi, Mataram)- Collecting and listing new GOFOOD merchants- Managing merchant content such as menu, promo and other information
