Onsite production management for a large annual 3-day outdoor event at Birrarung Marr along the Yarra River. Overseeing the bump in and out of the event, designing and building structures, working in cooperation with site managers, partners and contractors, exhibitors and organisers as well as managing teams of volunteers.
