The project was to design and procurement of 109 ton/h steam generation unit, My activities throughout the project include: Responsible for costing, estimating and planning projects, and preparing project initiation documentation.Reviewed and approved all project documentation. Hiring process of project design team members and participate in the design process providing budget and schedule.Managed the project team including design team, manufacturing and suppliers and ensuring projects and programmes are executed using agreed standards & processes.Engage and direct engineering consultants and designers as needed to complete project.Responsible for ensuring best value is obtained for the project including supplier base, use of internal and external resources.Tracking activities against the detailed project plans, updating project plans to include agreed changes and writing detailed and summarized project progress reports.Monitoring actual expenditure figures against project budgets and producing accurate financial reports.Organising and facilitating Project Steering / Operating Committees meetings.Escalating issues and areas of concern to senior managers.
