Connecting with game publishers and organizations to collaborate on Esports Tournaments and Workshops for students in Asia Pacific University alongside notably events open to ALL students in Malaysia with the support of Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia.Asia Pacific University has recently been granted the title of Excellence in Esports by the Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia. APU Esports Club is in charge of this title with the intention to empower our students and provide them with semi-professional esports tournament experience for their development.

Played a role in this continuous project under the guidance of the Chief Data Officer, enhancing data-driven strategies within the organization.Conducted in-depth survival analysis for Automobile Insurance Renewals, identifying trends and patterns to accurately forecast the renewal rate for the next year. Proficient in data preparation and exploration using Excel and Jupyter Python Notebook, ensuring data accuracy and effective analysis.Utilized Google Analytics 4.0 for in-depth analysis of web app data, providing insights into user behavior and trends.Applied Natural Language Processing techniques, including NLTK, Lemmatization, pLSA, and LDA, combined with LlamaIndex, to determine the main themes of textual data.Prepared Weekly Business Reviews (WBR) by analyzing data from pipelines, creating a presentation deck with graphs and charts to outline business strategies for the week.

Maybank Group is the leading financial services provider in Malaysia catering to the needs of consumers, investors, entrepreneurs, non-profit organisations and corporations.As part of their 12-month Maybank Student Ambassador Programme (#Mbassador) for the year 2023, I had the opportunity to collaborate with fellow Ambassadors in global events that promoted the cultural aspect of Maybank and their strive to provide connections with industry leaders and to allow students to elevate their leadership and event management skills. The key aspect of this programme is to allow Mbassadors to level up their personal branding and identity to improve future employability. With that being said, I have completed the 12-months programme successfully.

Use Case: Contributors providing topic knowledge which would then be reflected in a PDF file.
