Shortly after graduating with dual degrees in Film and Philosophy from Chapman University, I put my life-savings into a year-long photojournalism passion project: documenting the lives and stories of orphaned children and their caretakers in Asia, Africa, Europe, and South America. Upon returning home in early 2014, I set about editing the tens of thousands of photos from the journey. That same year, I founded Sattva Photo. Working as a freelance photographer since 2013, I've specialized in photographing events, portraits, and weddings, documenting news events and photojournalism projects, and helping businesses develop their brand identity via product and lifestyle photography. Through my work in videography, I helped the Boys & Girls Club of the Olympic Peninsula launch their capital campaign with a six minute film, as well as filming, editing, and readying Moja Maisha: South Africa, a documentary about Nkosi's Haven in Johannesburg, South Africa.Past and current clients include Boys & Girls Club, UberEATS, Main Street Hub, Sylvia Arts Center, Turtle Haven Sanctuary, Moon Valley Organics, Adagio Coffee, Kuju Coffee, Bellingham Herald, Cool Hunting, and many more. Fine art prints of my photographs have been displayed in galleries across the globe, from Guangzhou Opera House in China to local businesses and art centers.

As the Content Manager at Jaspr Health, my goal is to deliver empathetic storytelling, through film and photography, that helps achieve Jaspr's goal of preventing deaths of despair.
