I support solitans in our 9 different countries and across our business units to understand what AI is, what can be done with it, why, how and when. Also I support in understanding when and why not to. With my team at GenAI Studio we are building trainings and other upskilling opportunities, discussions, best practices, as well as tools and frameworks with GenAI Studio Lab team.

I helped customers build safe, secure and robust machine learning solutions, created a threat matrix for Solita for GenAI and machine learning and an assessment framework for MLOps/LLMops.

My task was to be available when needed, come when asked, keep everyone safe, maintain a safe and working study environment and teach onward from where the regular teacher has left off and inform the teacher as to what has been done so their return to work is as smooth as possible. Working on my Doctoral Dissertation. I also helped master's students with their statistical analysis, taught statistical analysis for the students in our department and using the NVivo analysis software in qualitative research for the staff.

Coordinating and facilitating the virtual university project KasVi by the Faculties of Education of the Finnish universities and the virtual university, which was shut down in 2010. The task for the project was to enhance pedagogic collaboration thru the use of technology and the web.

I taught statistical analysis, use of technology in teaching and the theoretical foundations thereof.

I analysed the effectiveness of workplace learning and reported the findings.
