I have worked in various tasks at the support services in Tampere university. I have been providing services for students and teachers at Admissions Office processing admission applications and educational documents, and Student Affair Office handling student affairs and study right issues. Now I coordinate the Exam Services in Hervanta campus. My main tasks are scheduling exams and invigilators, payment of invigilators’ fees, reservations, and handling post-deadline enrollments and individual arrangements.

I was working (9-10/2021) in an international research project that experimented with a sustainable way of conferencing through a Decentered Satellite Conferencing (DSC) model. The conference blended online and onsite encounters in environmentally and socially sustainable ways, bringing together participants from five conference hubs – Tampere/Finland, Atlanta/USA, Berlin/Germany, Hajdúböszörmény/Hungary, and Africa (online-only).My main responsibility was to develop and maintain the conference’s virtual conference platform on commercial platform Howspace that would connect participants across the hubs beyond their local site.I developed the structure, content and visual appearance of the platform, taking into consideration users’ uneven technical skills. I worked closely with local organizers across the five hubs to collect the needed materials, and take into consideration and implement their local needs. I was also a technical support person for the hubs.During the conference period, I ensured the smooth running of the platform, and recorded, edited and uploaded conference videos for further use. I helped with many other organizational matters related to the preparation and running of the conference such as programme planning, design of print and digital materials, reservations, participant communication, and website updates.After a successful experience in fall 2021, I continued with the same project (1-7/2022). For example, I gave the project website a makeover, transcribed research data and created a virtual art exhibitions.

Between 2021-2023 I worked as a researcher/facilitator in an inclusive educational Erasmus+ program Contact project, which promotes contact, collaboration and social inclusivity through artistic body practices.I'm actively developing the method of environmental animateuring (ympäristöinnostaminen), which you can read more in my article (in Finnish). I have also given lectures on the subject and presented it in conferences, both in English and in Finnish.In 2022-2023, I created Kohma ('frost') dance project with seven youngsters. Project was accepted as a part of Nuori Kulttuuri / Young Culture Roots community. Kohma dance performance has been performed over 10 times and Kohma dance video was selected as a winner of the Nuori Kulttuuri Digistage in 2023. In 2024 Kohma was selected to be part of the international Kuopio Dance Festival's main programme (Dance Schools On Stage -concept).I have worked as an art educator in multiple projects, such as Taidetta eskareihin (2020), Monitaiteista ja osallistavaa kulttuurikasvatusta Pirkanmaan pienten kuntien koulujen oppilaille (2021–2022) and Makeeta harrastamista Akaassa (2021–2022).In 2020 and 2021, I was coordinating the culture education program for children and youth for 5 months (part-time). The work included planning and supervising museum guided tours and communication and networking with the art educators.Own artistic creations: Kohma ('frost', 2023), Vieraslaji ('invasive species', 2023), Vain hullut ajattelevat ('only mad people think', 2022).

In Taidekaari / Art Arc – Tampere city culture education program for children and youth, I held museum tours for school groups and designed and held art workshops focused especially on dance and movement, and environmental animateuring. I worked with groups from pre-school to 9th graders and with pupils in preparatory education.

I gained expertise in hiking and camping equipment sales and customer service. I was also responsible for visual appearance of the store, training of new employees and reclamation processes.

I organized international ECOFE2020-conference with our Ylätaso ('upper level') team. I was responsible for artist collaboration and coordination of the virtual art exhibition, keeping our website updated and creating an abstract book. I was was also in contact with the speakers and handled their requests.
