To summarize, in my role I have overall coordination of product changes (first article and serial production) and configuration management. My tasks include arranging and leading change control boards, pushing forward execution of changes from request to implementation in close alignment with other company functions, as well as monitoring change costs and benefits and reporting them to the project.My work also includes creating the individual product structure (BOM) and monitoring that the BOM is kept up-to-date (esp. for serial number traceable components).

I worked also at the Otanmäki factory for a 3-month time period, where my main priority was to document tram modification works.
