In my role as Group Consultant Process Developer I am responsible for how Academic Work in all of our countries (Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark, Germany and Switzerland) builds ideal relationships with our consultants. I define what offerings and activities will lead to a great consultant experience and identify how consultants should be managed by Academic Work. I work with the continuous development of this area, making sure that we continue, regardless of the world around us, to challenge the current ways of working with our processes. Through my role I also take strategic responsibility for the long-term success of Academic Work.

From January to May 2018, alongside my work as Operations Team Manager and Consultant Manager Tech, I also worked as Process Trainer.As Process Trainer I was responsible for creating and conducting the ideal training for the organization within my focus area (the start-up stage of the recruitment and staffing process). This included on-boarding, introduction of new employees and deepened process training in the extent that it was needed within my process area. I was responsible for making sure that all training is up to date according to current best practice. I was continuously improving both the content in the training material as well as my skills as a trainer. The aim of all training was to improve the performance of every participant. To ensure the implementation of training I was responsible for providing Team Managers with tools and knowledge needed in order to conduct follow-up after training to ensure implementation of new knowledge and skills.
