I’m running planning business unit in Finland and leading the team of experts. My goal is to have motivated team of experts and happy customers. As a Business Manager I was responsible for Planning business in Finland and also for co-operation in Nordic level. I worked as a business owner for planning projects but wasn’t afraid to participate also to projects as a project manager or expert.

Consulting manager tasks included the team lead for planning team and resourcing of consultants, but also hands on work by customers as a project manager and expert.

As a Principal consultant I helped customers with their planning processes. I participated in planning tool implementation projects as a project manager and expert, taking active role especially in specifications and continuous development. My responsibility was to make sure that the goals of the project was clear and achievable.

As a Senior Development manager in Elisa's Group Controlling team I worked as a link between finance and IT.
