Main focus in this project was running operation and developing income, profitability and work practises simultaneously in a new type of restaurant concept based on rescued food. As part of my work I run logistics, formed and managed partnerships, renewed leadership structure and practises, marketed and sold with agile strategy formation.

I coached Team Academy team entrepreneurs (BBA students) In Jyväskylä Polytechnic. My work included project coaching, community building and also coaching team Goala during their first 1,5 years.In Team Academy adult education I coached some 600 entrepreneurs and leaders with Team Academy methods in 1,5 y programs leading to qualifications. I was also responsible for partnerships with some other adult education institutes.

Finland & Abroad

During my ten years in Partus I had dual role. I developed new business, partnerships, customer relationships and business models while at the same time built our organization to grow interdependently with these new ventures. My key results included finalizing our MBA program, building communication & HRD systems for internal and external use, supported launching a few Team Academy units abroad and creating assesment system.As a team coach, I coached some 600 entrepreneurs and leaders in 1,5 years business programs, e.g. our MBA. As a founding member of SoL Finland (Society For Organizational Learning), I was coordinator for several years as well as organized SoL Finland Conferences in 2001 and 2002, later on moving my role to coaching other SoL Finland conference project groups.As the European Coordinator I was part of the organizing teams of SoL Forums 2003, 2005 and 2008 but also lauched the role and built systemic communication for the European network.

In partnership with business incubator Formia my role was to help develop the model and coach start-up entrepreneurs
