WLG (Woman's Leadership Growth) is a network for actors and mentors who have participated in the Central Chamber of Commerce's Women's Leadership Mentoring Program. The network currently supports the professional growth of approximately 250 leaders, with membership continuously increasing.On the board, I am responsible for strategy.

I have engaged in a diverse array of sustainability studies, including courses at Aalto University, where the focus is on integrating sustainability into technology and business processes. At IMD Business School in Lausanne, the curriculum emphasized strategic management and innovation within the scope of global sustainability practices. Additionally, my studies through The Finland Chamber of Commerce provided a practical understanding of sustainability in the context of Finnish industry and commerce.

Steering Supply Chain Operations for a Finnish entity with a €400M+ turnover, encompassing six diverse segments with integrated multichannel distribution. Directly accountable for the strategic oversight and P&L management of Intercompany Sales and Purchasing, with fiscal responsibilities encompassing budgets of €100M and €50M respectively. Member of the Country Management Team and the North Europe Supply Chain Management Team.

Oversaw the procurement of raw materials, non-raw materials, and base metals for Prysmian Group Finland Oy, orchestrating the strategic shift from single-source to multi-source vendors, thereby unlocking significant cost savings. Played a pivotal role in steering the investment project of approximately €50M, alongside my dedicated team.

Managed procurement operations across the North Europe region (Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Estonia), overseeing purchases exceeding €600M, encompassing raw materials, indirect expenditures, and base metals (aluminum, copper, and lead). Expertly handled base metal price risk via derivative instruments, ensuring financial stability and cost-effectiveness.The acquisition of Draka, a Dutch cable producer, necessitated the creation of a new North Europe Purchasing organization. This undertaking was a substantial cross-functional and multi-cultural change management initiative, which we navigated by balancing leadership and vision, both rational and emotional intelligence, as well as focusing on the interplay between people and processes. I was a member of the North Europe Region Management Team and head of the North Europe Purchasing Management Team.

Responsible for Procurement of €60M including aluminium. Close cooperation with the company's board after the corporate ownership transition. Member of the Board of Managers.
