Assistant Vice President, Channel Partner Marketing
Current• Manage ten channel funds management programs with annual budgets as high as $24M• Generate proposals, scope documents, flowcharts, creative briefs, layouts, cost estimates and timelines• Project management - develop, validate, document, project requirements, and facilitate review of processes with clients and project team members• Deliver marketing service projects to meet deadlines, cost, and quality parameters• Execute product enhancement projects of $100K from the exploratory phase to launch • Identify risks from client/developer side and recommend vital solutions• Ability to adapt between strategic thinking and executional practices• Drive continued process improvements and accuracy • Authored standard operating procedures for business processes• Partner with all cross-functional team leaders to improve in all aspects of quality, accuracy, timeliness, and delivery
